When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information in that form. This may include your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and any message you choose to provide.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange an assessment where requested, provide the information or support you asked for, and manage a customer relationship where one follows. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and any legal or record-keeping requirement. We may share information with service providers who help us run our business where that is necessary and appropriate.

When you apply for a job, we collect your name, contact details, CV, the role you are applying for and the introduction you provide. We use this information to assess your suitability, contact you about your application and take steps towards an employment contract at your request. We also rely on our legitimate interests in managing recruitment and responding to careers enquiries. Please provide only information relevant to your application. The required fields help us assess and respond to your application; without them, we cannot process it through this form. Applications are reviewed by people, not decided solely by automated processing.

Application details are sent to our recruitment contact, Christy, with a notification copy to Johan at Crintus & Co., our website support provider, to help monitor delivery and resolve technical issues. Applications are stored using Cloudflare, and CVs are kept in private storage with access restricted to authorised administrators. Our hosting and email providers process information to store and deliver applications. Provider processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards include adequacy decisions or European Commission standard contractual clauses; contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

We retain application information while considering your application and completing the recruitment process. After a recruitment decision, retention depends on any necessary follow-up and applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We keep only information needed for those purposes. If you become an employee, relevant information forms part of your employment record. You can contact info@ehprenewables.com to ask about retention or request deletion; the rights described below also apply to applicants.

We store your cookie preference in your browser for up to six months. With your consent, Google Analytics provides website usage reporting for Efficient Renewables, and Umami, hosted by Crintus & Co., provides reporting to our website partner to help monitor and improve the site. These services receive pageview and technical visit information; our pageview integration excludes form contents and URL query strings or fragments. Advertising consent remains off. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer.
